• We only collect the details you type into the enquiry form.
• We use them to reply to you about a vending machine. Nothing else.

Who we are

MVend places and looks after snack and drink vending machines in the Greater Toronto Area. In this page, "we" and "us" mean MVend.

What the enquiry form collects

When you send an enquiry, the form collects:

• your name and your email address
• the type of property and where it is
• your message

If you choose to give them, it also collects:

• the company or property name
• your phone number
• your answers to the optional questions about the building: how many people use it each day, whether there is already a vending machine, and whether you have a spot in mind

Please do not put sensitive personal details in your message. We do not need them.

How we use your details

We use them only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange a vending machine for your property. We do not use them for advertising, and we do not sell them or pass them to other companies for their own use.

Who handles your details

The form is processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. Your enquiry passes through Netlify and is then delivered to MVend by email. These services work for us and only handle your details in order to deliver your message.

Netlify and our email provider are based in the United States, so your details may be stored or processed outside Canada.

How long we keep them

We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it: to reply to you, and to provide the service if you become a customer. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it has no analytics tools that follow you around. It has no accounts and takes no payments.

Like most websites, our host keeps basic technical records of visits, such as the address your device connects from and the type of browser. These are used to keep the site secure and working. We do not use them to identify you.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to our profiles on Instagram and TikTok, and to our WhatsApp account. Those services have their own privacy rules, which apply once you leave this site. If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your phone number and your message, and we use them only to reply to you.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• show you the details we hold about you
• correct them if they are wrong
• delete them

To do any of these, or to ask a question about this page, use theenquiry form and say what you need in your message. We will reply by email.

Changes to this page

If we change how this website handles your details, we will update this page.
